  1. Sit up straight at your desk instead of slouching. Keep your shoulders straight and your abs tight. This can burn more calories for you. Have your feet straight on the floor and right in front of you.
  2. Keep your knees, ankles, and heels together. Place your hands on your theighs and apply pressure outward.
  3. Make your belly breathe.
