Turning Up The Heat When Working Out



Do you like Yoga? Here is a new type of Yoga for you if that is a burning fire inside yourself. Its called Bikram Yoga and its practiced in a room at 105 degrees, they say its good for the body. The Yoga has 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.

Over time with doing Yoga you will see that it helps you focus and work on being less stressed and getting better sleep and we all love sleep don’t we? Bikram yoga makes you feel more balanced.

The postures that are used have been around for 1,000 years. The postures are suppose to work out every part of your body. Yoga is used in India to help heal and it actually makes sense. Bikram yoga does great things to your body, if you’re bored with your yoga routine now you should see what Bikram yoga can do for you and it makes you feel good everyday.

Yoga is more than an exercise its kind of like a mental get away and everyone needs one of those.
